Owned by a traditional butcher from a farming family, at Porterhouse we use the highest grade beef from a specialist breed of locally reared steers.  The beef is then dry aged on the bone for a minimum 21 days resulting in tender, succulent steak with a concentrated rich flavour.

 

The range of steaks comprises cuts available on or off the bone including our popular trademark 22oz Porterhouse steak which is the king of T bones with a generous portion of fillet steak and sirloin.
